This custom-built townhome boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 separate living rooms spread across three floors. Enjoy modern comforts such as televisions on each floor and a third-floor balcony perfect for sunset dinners. The kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and professional-grade cookware. The guest bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors feature queen mattresses and private bathrooms, while the master bedroom offers a luxurious king mattress and ensuite bathroom. The third-floor living room provides additional entertainment space with a queen sleeper sofa, its own television, and balcony access.

We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. If the cancellation is received between 60 and 30 days before the agreed-upon arrival date, an amount equal to 50% of the total rental fee will be charged. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date. Additionally, there will be no refund in the event of an early departure.
Deposit Policy
At time of booking a 25% deposit is required to secure reservations, calculated as 25% of the nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fee, minus the damage insurance. Damage insurance is charged in full at time of booking, making the total deposit equal to 25% plus the damage insurance. These fees are automatically charged on our end to your card on file at time of booking. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date. Guests can pay the final payment using the credit card on file, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying with the credit card on file, an additional 3% Convenience Fee applies. Please be advised the card on file will be charged to include the 3% Convenience Fee if payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival/due date. To avoid the convenience fee, guests may use Venmo or Zelle, as long as payment is received before the 30 day automatic billing date.

Great views of the marina and everything needed was in the house. I left my hair dryer at home and was about to buy one, but the house had 3, one in each bathroom. The garage was a little small and our F150 would not fit, but additional parking was just a few feet way at the Harbor parking. Beautiful docks around the marina and great for morning and night fishing without leaving the property. Management team at WAYA was great.
